From G's...
[Mr. Fonzworth we need to be in touch I have a couple people I want to sign up, their willing...come to Canada!]

To Gent's.

From G's to Gent's is a new reality series hosted and produced by the industries finest Fonzworth Bentley (Puffy's former assisstant), photographed in the brown pinstripe suit above.
He opens his club to 10+ contestants who claim they are G's, aka gangsters, with the dreams of changing their attitudes and perspectives before they lose all control.
The Gent's must read the Daily Gent News and complete a new task that teaches them the in's and out's of important lessons such as ettiqutte, while trying not to rip each other's heads off. In the end, the person who is chosen to be the first representative of the Bentley Gentlemens Club wins a large sum of cash $! Provided they use it to turn their lives around and become proper business men. Salute to a debonair Fonzworth Bentley who keeps these men in check.
This show is truely REVOLUTIONARY! Jah says so.

Let me introduce you to the winner: Creepa, a previous self-professed "goon" -- someone who is hired to terrorize; a roughneck, or as they would say in QB, a thoroughbred. (mind you, goons often have intense heart...love their people...ride or die for the movement...their a sort of panther if you will)

On his journey, Creepa was generally the big brother of the house...no one wanted to mess with him, he spoke the truth and protected turf. There were many barriers Creepa had to overcome for himself though; he went through many sorts of rebirths...a mighty long baptism. He ditched the mouth full of gold, the shades, aka hater blockers, and even switched up his hair style all on his own. A man's first helicopter ride (on the way to lunch with Fonzworth. I know how that must feel...BIG GRIN :-)

Everyone meet Thaddeus, formerly known as Creepa! The first member of the Bentley Gentlemen's club; he cleans up well. I must say when he first came on the show...I knew he would win. The best man: has heart, diligence, dedication, humble, shows authority, recognizes the good in life and in others. A true Gentle man. {watch season 1 at http://www.mtv.ca/ }
Keep up with the stars of "the City." Whitney Port (center...formerly on the Hills), Olivia Palermo (left...socialite) and Erin (right) as they focus their dedication on careers and social lives in New York City. {visit http://www.mtv.ca/ }
Loving their shoe game...the fashion in this show is BOD (BTS with in house designers)

Next up is Gorilla Unit, onto bigger and better projects. 50 cent presents The Money & The Power, is a reality series that is currently airing its first season on Much.
50 cent, or as the business world reffers to him as, Curtis Jackson has come up with a show based on providing a hard-working someone with an opportunity for his investment in their business venture. The competitors are split into two teams: Team Money & Team Power. Which do you think wins more challenges? That should be simple...team power of course! It's down to 4 competitors: Mehgan, in yellow to the left, Cornbreadd, far right, Larry in yellow to the right and Ryan, third from left. Stay tuned.

A new TV era with JD
The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency:
Yes, you all know her from ANTM as the self professed "world's first supermodel." Janice Doreen Dickinson has moved her agnecy of models down to Miami. Watch her whoop them into shape and struggle to agree with her business partner. Overall, on the entertainment factor...I get my laugh in!

Janice hasn't changed a bit...still needs to grasp the center of attention...well, why not?

Yep, that's right...I do Keep Up With the Kardashians.

And you thought the Ritchie & Hiltons were bad...
Try dealing with socialite Kim Kard's family! The Kardashian's meet the Jenner's...wowsers! This party of eight are the most rambunctious familial group since the Brady Bunch. Poor Bruce and Rob surrounded by that much profanity; actually never mind, Bruce and Kris need to try and do a better job with the parenting practices. {can't lie my favourite episode is when momma Kris takes the girls to the shooting range}

Smile, Plush People, it's Friday

TGIF! After a seemingly long week of work and frigid cold weather, I just need to relax my mind. Here's a few cute and cynical cartoons I discovered.

Have a spectacular weekend! Don't forget to smile for the paparazzi:)

PLuSH Empress Profiles Lady Gaga and her Sartorial Esthetics...Beauty & Good Taste are forever at the top of the Style Chain!

Love Diamonds aka Ice...always got them hater blockers on!

Joanne Stefani Germanotta was born March 20, 1986 (in the year of the Tiger, such as myself) She is best known by her stage name Lady GaGa. Lady Gaga is an American singer/songwriter/musician. She was born in Yonkers NY, to Italian parents.

Lady GaGa was influenced by rockers such as David Bowie as well as 80's pop artists such as Madonna and Michael Jackson.
Growing up in Manhattan, she attended/studied at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. At age 20, she began working for Interscope Records.

In 2008, Lady GaGa released her debut album, The Fame; to date, the album spawned the hit singles "Just Dance" & "Poker Face".

In terms of fashion GaGa believe's it's all about everything altogether: performance art, pop performance art, and of course, fashion!

She channels designers such as Versace in everything she does and considers Donatella Versace to be her muse. About Versace she says, "She’s iconic and powerful, yet people throw darts at her. She’s definitely provocative." Wikipedia.

1920s PLuSH Style Icon - Louise Brooks

Tribute to Loiuse Brooks

Mademoiselle loungin on a plush couch...

Flapper Girl (LOVE the pearls)

Born in the small town of Cherryvale, Kansas, Louise Brooks became a teenage movie star. During her short career the young actress captivated her audience with her sense of style and her erotic beauty. Like every historical fashion icon, her style has been mimicked and reinvented throughout the years; think the Roaring 20s, flapper girls, long beaded pearl necklaces and the Charleston dance.

Below are some snapshots of the Louise Brooks influence:
Stay Plush my peoples!

Hip Hop...Back to Basics...Today I was listening to my IPod but it felt more like an a-trak!

Really though, I should be a DJ...music with substance is what life is really about and too often real Hip Hop is misconstrued. Hip Hop culture began in the Bronx, in the 1970s. It is popular predominantly among African Americans and Latino Americans. Hip hop arose in New York City when DJs began isolating the percussion break from funk, or rock songs, making the music something you could smoothly rock your head to.
MCing or emceeing, is a vocal style in which the performer speaks rhythmically and in rhyme, generally to a beat. The role of the MC was originally to introduce the DJ and the music, and to keep the audience excited. Moreover, there is a slight difference now, "MCing" compared to rapping. MCing describes those artists who possess and exercise superior lyrical ability and prowess. (See tracks below)

For that reason, I Bang It Out on the Daily (I tell you everywhere I go I be bopin my head...you know you see me ;)

Rockabye PLuSH Lullaby...Frank Sinatra and his PLuSH status! For the "Young at Heart" this is sincerely for you!

Frank Sinatra...singing me to sleep! {on the record^ "Young at Heart" for the record...it's late!} I've heard some say, the last thing you'll think about before falling asleep is what you'll dream about. Long after I've tried to replace my thoughts with numbers, I aid the mind with music and try my best to put my mind at ease and catch some zzzzzzzz's. (One eye open of course lol).
For those of you who know little about Francis Albert "Frank" Sinatra:
Frank Sinatra was a December Sagittarius born in Hoboken New Jersey to Italian parents, Natalie Della aka Dolly (a political party circle member who ran an illegal abortion business from home...*on the grind*) and Anthony Martin Sinatra (a firefighter). Frank was spoiled by his mother who always made sure he had cash in his pocket and the finest clothes on his back.

Despite being quickly expelled from high school, due to unruly behaviour, and his mother being charged + convicted for her operations, Sinatra was inevitably bound for success in both music and film, specifically "Las Vegas Nights" circa 1940. While working at the Jersey Observer newspaper as a delivery boy Mr. Sinatra got his first big break, joining a singing group which later became know as the Hoboken Four.
Some of Sinatra's popular solo prformances include "New York, New York" (I soo feel him), "Fly Me to the Moon," "One for my Baby" and L.A is My Lady." Seems like Sinatra had destination destiny on his mind! No wonder I'm drifting asleep.
Frank Sinatra was great enough to retire and make a short and sweet comeback performing/working, for the time being, with greats such as Ella Fitzgerald, Quincy Jones and Bono "I've Got You Under my Skin," etc. Carrying on his legacy, Sinatra left behind 3 children. He was married 4 times, 3 of his wives being popular actress,' Ava Gardner, Mia Farrow & Barbara Marx whom he left widowed. Playa playa?...or...sucker for love?

Frank Sinatra was/is remembered by the
U.S. Congress which passed a resolution May 20, 2008 designating May 13 as Frank Sinatra Day to honor his contribution to American culture, even though there has been considerable controversy surrounding his mafia connection to Dons Sam Giancana, Lucky Luciano and Joseph Fischetti. The FBI kept Sinatra under surveillance for nearly five decades...ya that's right 50 years! Nevertheless, the U.S. Postal Service issued a 42-cent postage stamp in honor of Sinatra on May 13, 2008, 10 years after his death. But, will this collectable serve as another memento of a man from a secret 'untouchable' society or was Sinatra's, reality/existance a mask adorned to cover up, (and often depict) in art form, what he felt he could not escape?
In essence: are we licking, sealing and posting our manilla envelopes with the epitome of the American Dream or is it all just a visage from a dream deferred??
What will you do when you fall prey to absolute circumstance? Handle your business and sing about your blues to the world...Salute Sinatra!

Listen to the record:

Peace & Love from Jah Jah.
