Payless Gets PLuSH'd Up For Fall 2009

When Payless first hit Toronto years ago it was the lick! But for a while now I've opted for Forever 21 for cheaper nicely designed pumps as Payless has been a shop where I felt like I would be spending more $ for mediocre quality and shoe designs.
But is Payless really making a comeback???

Yes indeed it is!

Project Runway winner, Christian Siriano, along with other hot designers, has designed a shoe line for Payless this Fall. In terms of quality Christian uses deep brown leathers, aqua satin, chains as well as spikes and conical heels.

Prices will range from $25-$45 but you will have to wait until the Fall to buy!!!
